Rates are inclusive of Linen for the amount of guest staying (based on 5+ more nights only)
For bookings under 5 nights, linen packages from $175 this includes all beds to be made up)
A small starter pack is included (dishwashing liquid, soaps and toilet paper)

BOND

A security bond of $500 is required to be held for the duration of your stay, and released upon inspection of the property.

We had a great three day stay in this lovely home. It is stylish but practical and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and 2 bedrooms having an ensuite was a great hit. The pool is an added bonus and will be a great when the weather is warmer. The house is in a fantastic position with a short walk to the beach through a tropical path. For us the fact it is situated in a cul-de-sac was a bonus as the kids were able to ride their bikes safely as we watched from the patio. Will definitely come back again.

We loved staying at this house. Very comfortable and well fitted out. It is close to the beach and the pool was an added bonus for those who are not inclined to dive into the ocean. Having three bathrooms was a godsend when you have teenagers. Shops are nearby . All in all a very well located, comfortable and modern home. Definitely will book again. 5 stars

This is a lovely property. It is a light and airy property, private and breezy. The interiors have been thoughtfully furnished to feel chic and comfortable whilst still practical for kids. The beach was only a short stroll from the doorstep to a lush subtropical beach path. The grandkids loved building sandcastles and chasing each other. As we had come from freezing weather in Adelaide it was a joy to walk along the beach in shorts. An added bonus was the sighting of whales, and dolphins chasing the surf. It was a bit too cold for the pool but that didn’t stop our grandchildren from diving in, an added bonus. Our ten day stay was lovely. We will definitely be back next winter. I would rate this 5 stars
