The separate living area is the hub of the house with large fully equipped galley kitchen presiding over the long breakfast bar, indoor dining/games table, lounging/tv area and then out onto the expansive timber deck with long outdoor dining table and seating for 10 and a weber BBQ.
There is off street parking in the driveway but the huge lockup garage with high ceilings has been reserved for a chill out zone with bean bags, billiard table and assorted games
The downstairs bedroom wing has two spacious bedrooms with large bathroom with bath, vanity, shower then a separate toilet and powder room. The fully decked out laundry is also in this wing
The master bedroom suite is upstairs and is massive with separate sitting area, king size bed, large ensuite and walk in robe
This even has a separate office so if you did have to bring work away with you you can keep it out of sight
As you head up another level you reach the Whale Watcher with a daybed offering a great escape for a good reading session, looking across the roof and tree tops to an ocean view and yes grab the binoculars and see if you can spot the passing whales!
Every room has been lovingly and beautifully fitted out and styled to ensure a relaxed and calming coastal feel.

Bedroom 4 is separate to the main house and is great for those who like a little privacy, you will need to enter the main house for bathroom facilities.

Address: 16 Ebony court, Casuarina
We stayed here with our 2 daughters, their husbands and 2 grandchildren. There was heaps of room for everyone. It was a great location to shops and a short walk to the beach which was fantastic.
We loved having access to the pool table, beach cricket set and board games.
This was a great house for a family holiday.
We would definitely love to return.
