Just 200m to the peaceful Salt Boathouse, it is an ideal location to while away the hours fishing or kayaking on the creek after a busy morning exploring the local area.

This beautiful timber home is perfect for a family and accommodates up to 9 guests. Wake up to the sound of birds in the beautiful bushland behind the house and enjoy afternoon BBQs, swimming and relaxing by the pool after a morning on the beach or coffee at the local cafes.

This property is located in a residential area and Parties, Functions, Weddings and Schoolies are strictly prohibited.

Fully equipped with all you need for a great family holiday it features induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, fridge and large island bench for easy food preparation. A separate walk-in pantry provides all the space you need.

The tranquil living area has an enormous sofa and a window seat to relax on overlooking the bushland while browsing through one of the many coffee table books for guests to enjoy, VULY swing set for the kids and VULY trampoline

The cosy media room has a large flat screen digital TV with netflix and a sofa bed (charges apply).

In the separate kids wing rumpus room, there is a further flat screen tv with netflix and an x-box along with books, toys and a multi-game table.
